Phone Order

Can I order over the telephone?

 Yes, simply call our Holiday Helpers at 570-270-9057 and we can take your entire order over the phone.  Your payment will be accepted through a credit card transaction.

Mail-In Order Coupons

Can I send all of my orders in one envelope and with one check to cover the cost?
Yes. It is actually a better idea to put all of your orders in one envelope. We will sort them, making sure that children in the same household each received a different letter.

Who do I make the check or money order payable to?
Please make all checks and money orders payable to Holiday Innovations.

Is it too late to send in an order?
We do everything possible to ensure that every order received is sent out as soon as possible. In the event that we receive the order too late, we will send an after Christmas or Easter letter.


Online Order

Santa ...Do I need a PayPal account to order online?
No, you can also make payments by credit card.

Do you ship to the address listed in my PayPal account?
We never use the shipping address listed in your account. Only the address(s) that are entered using our online form.

How do I send the name and address for each letter?
Just fill in the Name and Address text box prior to pressing the "Add To Cart" button.

Will my items be sent to the addresses I specified as I placed my order? At the end of my order form, my address was shown, and I don't want any of the items shipped to me. 
Yes, we use the addresses you fill out as you place your orders with us to ship each of your items to their recipients. The address that PayPal plugs in as your shipping address is used for verification purposes.

Can I place a single order for more than one letter or letter type?
Yes, just add each letter to the shopping cart and checkout when done.


General Questions

Mail ...When are the items mailed?
Santa's helpers mail all orders in the 1st Week of December. Most orders received after that are mailed the next business day after receipt. Easter Bunny's helpers mail all orders 3 weeks before Easter. Most orders received after that are mailed the next business day after receipt. All Tooth Fairy orders received are mailed the next business day after receipt. All Birthday Letters from Santa are mailed two weeks prior to the child's birthday.

What if you receive my order after the holiday?
We have a wonderful personalized after holiday letter for Christmas and Easter that is sent to your loved one or special pet.

Where can I get additional questions answered?
Please contact our customer service center at 570-270-9057 from 8AM to 5PM EST Monday - Friday. We will be more than happy to answer any additional questions that you may have.
